Hall Booking is done on first-cum-first-serve basis.
Hall may be reserved on advance payment of with applicable service tax on advance amount.
Rent payment should be paid within 15 days.
Booking can be done at the office .
18% service tax willbe collected

Note

Mandapam check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and checkout time is 2.00 p.m. next day.
Advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Full amount should be remitted before check in.

Any damages caused will be charged.
Management is not responsible for your belongings.
